On 2/2/2008 I embarked on a mission to provide a different type of rental experience. An experience where one can live in a safe, comfortable, updated environment at a fair price and be treated with respect. I care about each and every one of my tenants and strive to make their experience the best it can be. We have a multitude of locations and sizes. From 1 bedroom apartments to commercial space, spanning knox and daviess counties.
